Account Specialist
The Account Specialist will exclusively promote Timberland Heights by developing strategies based on the projects’ unique selling propositions and build client networks and drive sales by leveraging on selling activities like digital marketing, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Promote and undertake the sale of Timberland Heights at such price, terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the company
- Meet performance standards/ monthly quota
- Conduct oneself professionally at all times
- Comply with all requirements of the company
- Follow all Prestige sales and marketing policies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Has a pleasing personality
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has a good personal network
- Able to achieve and exceed set targets
